Hi Larry… i never did like HOAs… i got into a subdivision without one… and for the most part the homeowners have good taste… we have a simple subdivision entry sign, and one of the residents refurbished it a couple years ago out of their generosity… our future problem is the subdivision drainage system is having some issues and nobody is responsible…
