It is a hard FACT that at about a CO2 concentration of 0.04% (and lower) all photosynthesis ends.
Without plant-life, ALL LIFE on earth would end, so not only is CO2 a “plant food”, but some minimal amount of CO2 is NECESSARY for any life to exist.
Since at the current low levels of CO2, plant growth increases with increasing CO2, increasing CO2 will ACTUALLY REDUCE STARVATION in third world countries.

Administration of these shots without such full informed consent is a crime against humanity.
