TriStar Gold – Permitting And The Next Steps At The Castelo de Sonhos Project, 2.5 Million Oz Gold Deposit

March 1, 2024

In recent updates with TriStar Gold (“TriStar” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:TSG – OTCQB:TSGZF) we have discussed the permitting process at the Castelo de Sonhos, in Brazil. The Company has outline Q1 2024 as the time when the key permit could be received.

Nick Appleyard, President and CEO of TriStar Gold joins me to provide an update on the permitting process. We discuss if Q1 will still be the timeframe the permit is received. We also look past the permit to what the Company will do to move the Project into production. I ask about possible partners and funding options.

If you have any follow up questions for Nick please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Dynamics is an important part of life; I believe that the dynamics of The Korelin Report has been better served by being split up into two sites one for investing and one for political.

Big Al was an inspiration to us all but just like investing thing’s change and the changes in The Korelin Report have been positive. DT

Gold is up almost $40 or 1.95% silver is up 45 cents or 1.99%. The economy is in terrible shape, but gold and silver are regaining their status.

    Thanks for the update Cory!

Next time you talk with Nick could you get him to provide some clarity around:
    1. Which additional permits are required after the LP is in place and how long would it take to get these?
    2. How much drilling is required for a DFS and how much money will it take?
    3. Is the economics of the DFS expected to be severly impacted by the last 2 years of inflation? We have seen TriStars Brazilian peer Cerrado Gold put out an FS for Monto De Carmo that was much worse than its 2021 PEA. Can we expect a similar “worsening” for CDS?

    Thanks!

Also does he have any feeling for the change in the economics
