It looks like Democrats are going to charge Trump with over-estimating property values when getting loans.
That is not going to fly…. real estate gets appraised for value by APPRAISERS… the bank rely on OUTSIDE SOURCES (the Appraisers)… NOT someone getting the LOAN…
Legal system already knows that… SO that IS BS

Not all the analysis techniques have been published as yet. (So accuracy could be questioned with regards to specific methodology, but it is not an unexpected consequence of higher CO2 levels.)
We need more CO2 , not less.
