Rick brings up a very good point regarding the future of gold.

Okay, thank you
Interesting comment from Rick on International Law – very astute indeed.
Dangerous and uncertain world too and difficult to do business perhaps. For a start, you can get on a plane without knowing whether you are going to disappear off the face of the earth or not. Jim Dines celled a couple of years ago for “the end of the age of travel.” Maybe he is correct.
Oh, and the end of the age of jobs!
End of the age of travel? I can’ buy that! Can you?
Many people are born to travel.
$1,000 for a barrel of oil might slow down some of the weaker souls.
I dunno, Al. I think Dines was talking about the increasing dangers for Westerners travelling abroad to various parts of the world, due to the actions by our governments in those places. That leads to an increasing number of no-go areas so forget tourism in those places in the future, I guess.
I am not a good traveller, so it doesn’t make much difference to me at the moment!
I, of late, am not either. I just really feel sorry for the world.

1349.30 correction target I’d given last night for April Gold has gotten savaged, and it now looks like the futures will fall to at least 1330.90 before they find traction. I expect a tradable bounce from within no more than three ticks of that number.
Thanks for the follow-up, Rick. As usual, another superbular (superb+spectacular) call.
Thanks for noticing, Matthew. I’m going to try to post actionable targets in here more often.
Disseminated moments ago to Rick’s Picks subscribers, at around 2:44 p.m. EDT, March 19:
April Gold has bounced from within two ticks of the 1330.90 target I disseminated when the futures broke below 1349. If you bought, partial profit-taking is in order, since the bounce so far has carried $5.
In GDXJ, I’d suggested buying 800 shares at 40.21. The stock has in fact bottomed this morning at 40.19 after plunging $1.41 this morning. I am now recommending that you take a partial profit on half of your GDXJ position at 40.79. This offer should be held o-c-o with the stop-loss originally advised on 400 shares of the 800 shares I’d recommended buying.
It sounds like the rule of law is essentially dead. Killed by the powers that be. They still pay lip service to the rule of law when it comes to dealing with citizens.
In short the elite may transgress but you may not. History has come full circle and we are in the dark ages/ medieval period. By the way I do get criticized for being too negative.
Your critics sound like my wife!
