    Shafter (not Shatner) is where SHAREHOLDERS DID NOT wish to see dilution but it is what it is.

    SLW’s buyback was a no brainer but it is good to see that SLW participated in the company going forward.

    AUN is extremely undervalued,precisely why shareholders did not wish to see Shafter financed until the SLW buyback was completed first.

    That could have then raised the SP to fairer valuation levels and then the company could have then financed Shafter without excessive dilution.
