    Hi Al,
Your sponser 40 Gold Stocks has Exteter, Int’l Tower Hills, and others as SELL SIGNS which of your affiliates or friends have as a buy. What are we suppose to believe or make of this. Thank you Joe Keep up the good work

      Jul 30, 2011 30:38 AM

      Hi Giuseppe,

40 Gold Stocks is NOT A SPONSOR. Marc Davis is simply someone I know. I do not agree that Exeter, Int’l Tower Hill Mines and others should be in the sell category. If I did I would definitely say so on the record.

I will talk with Marc this week and have him explain his rationale.

Thanks for bringing this up as I don’t pay much attention to this stuff and go on my own research.

      Best,

      Big Al

    Al,

I recently heard about the House bill H.R. 1380, or otherwise called: “New Alternative Transportation to Americans Solutions” [NAT GAS] Act.
It supports with individual tax credits of $7,500 for auto/light truck conversion to $64,000 for semi truck conversion to natural gas usage.
Do you support it, or are you against this bill?
Do you know the status of it?
T Boone Pickens endorses it will I heard that the Koch brothers oppose it.
    Have a good weekend.
    Thank you.
    Sincerely,

    Bob in Iowa

      HI Bob,

Thanks for the tip. I will look into this topic this weekend and get back to you.

Have a great rest of the weekend,

      Big Al

      HI Bob,

This bill was introduced back in April and has not passed either the House or the Senate as of today.

I will do enough research that I am comfortable with my knowledge and then do a Daily Editorial on it this week.

      Thanks for bringing this up.

Segment 3 with trader Rog I agree with you for the most part. The dog and pony show thats going on now with the budget? I believe our republicans, will cave but there going to give up some social security benefits of the working class and of course medicad for the elderly and of course try harder to kill the so called middle class.

I don’t believe our votes have really been counted for several elections. Book called vote fraud was quite a read. Now i know how they predict the winner with only 2% of the vote when the people on the west coast, alaska, & Hawaii haven’t even closed the polls.

All for now and keep up the good work, I myself don’t think were even going to have another election. Wish the ballot box wasn’t stacked.

    happy day
    fat ivan

      Jul 30, 2011 30:41 AM

      HI Ivan,

Not sure I completely agree with you at this point. That could change.

      Thanks for the compliments,

      Big Al

I think that more thought has to be put into the hedge funds using algorithms rather than whether one mining stock is better than another. Algorithms do not work off of fundamentals. They work off of direction and volumn. It is manipulation without regulation. It is theft. Mining stocks are a risk because of fraud being permitted in Washingtion allowing investment banks and hedge funds to corupt the markets so that a politician can get money from special interests to transfer wealth. Promoting fundamentals as a way of investing is dangerous to the guy on the street when the markets are corrupt.

This is a different David, from the usual one …..henceforth David, who has posted probably too much, will post as cfs2000.

        Jul 30, 2011 30:09 PM

        Okay, that will be clearer.

        Welcome!

Re Soho: To state that the recent financing was done at a premium to the share price was bending the truth. The unit at 10 cents of one share plus one half share warrant was above the share price.
I believe the board of this company is too dilutive. 800,000 options to Paul Lynch, 450,000 each to other board members is going to keep it as a dime and quarter stock almost indefinitely regardless of the resources……Bad management!
    Sorry, Big Al.

      Jul 30, 2011 30:14 PM

      Don’t be sorry, man.

Trust me your’s is valuable information to all of us and I want you to keep it coming.

      Best,

      Big Al

means that this is probably not the greatest time to buy.

My biggest concern, however, is not the technical chart analysis, but the recent dilution of 4,800,000 options. I simply cannot get my head around such dilution to believe that this company has any interest in shareholders as opposed to management. I know from his filings that Puplava did own this stock a few months ago, and I do value his opinion on stocks (even if he does not know he is giving it!).
(Isn’t the internet amazing, when you know where to look?)
I like the deposit. I like the location of the deposit. Judging the management only by their actions, I have doubts. I currently do not own any Soho shares.

          Good Morning cfs2000(David),

I met Ralph Shearing, the president, about 4 months ago when we shot a video for him at the Chicago Resource Expo. I was quite impressed with his technical knowledge and the fact that he seemed to be honest and hard working. (I still maintain that is the case, by the way.) Regarding the dilution, I will ask him to comment on this in this forum and I am sure that he will.

I invested in it as did the Encompass Fund.

          I appreciate you input,

          Big Al

    ROG,

THE TEA PARTY PEOPLE CAN NOT DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO BECAUSE THERE ISN’T
ENOUGH OF THEM TO DO ANYTHING.
GIVE THEM A CHANCE, LETS WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT ELECTION.

      Jul 31, 2011 31:12 AM

      Hi Dennis,

      Big Al here.

Yep, there aren’t enough of them yet. 2012 will begin to tell the tale.

    Al & Rog,
It is really frustrating watching what is going on in Washington. I agree with Denis Frey, about tea party members in Washington. They seem to be the only ones that understand the severity of the spending problem, however there are not enough of them YET. I believe they are frustrated as well. After listening to this you have to wish Marco Rubio would run for president, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_68GjR6V6zI

    Jul 31, 2011 31:37 PM

    Hi Karen,

This very possibly will go up on our site tomorrow.

    Many, many thanks,

    Big Al

    Jul 31, 2011 31:22 PM

I believe the junior senators, many of whom were tea party electees, are doing all they can and fighting hard, which is all behind the scenes. Because they are newbies, they have no status or clout, and consequently aren’t going to be heard or seen. (Rank has its priveleges) Plus, you can just imagine the kind of constant and tremendous pressure being exerted on them to cave and go along with the status quo Repubs and Dems. The fact that they are holding strong is evidenced by the bashing they are getting from the liberal media elites like O’Donnel and Todd, who referenced the junior senators in their Sunday night newscasts. So, obviously, they are being effective and are trying to maintain their positions. We are inclined to assume they aren’t doing anything, because we don’t see them. That may not be the case at all. And I agree with those who say we need more of them. True indeed.
Trader Rog, I agree completely with your segment. My thoughts exactly. Radical, No, just realistic.
    Keep up the good work.
    Best of health,

      Aug 01, 2011 01:33 AM

      Good Morning Castanheiro,

Take a look at the video which Karen referenced above. It is well worth watching.

Al, Thanks for providing companies for us to consider. Besides companies that are sponsors, would also like to hear from companies that are:
1.) Investments of yours, but not sponsors.
2.) Companies your thinking of investing in, but not sponsors.
3.) Companies that your listeners ask about. Maybe a poll would allow this to happen to see which companies folks want to hear about.

I watched it several times and have about 6 -7 people where I work taking a look as well. It was a worthy watch indeed. Good stuff.
