Thanks Markedtofuture. – I was actually just reading your comments and discussion with nobshere over at ceo on the index about the Big Banana.
Stargate2 mentioned that same thing last year and the market was a bit let down by their initial results, but his proprietary ground survey method led him to believe they are sitting on something big there. I’ll take a look see though, but am more than stocked up on stocks at present.
Today was a crazy day where everyone I looked stocks were up 5-20% [except for the major 80% crash in New Nadina Explorations after they hit dusters – wow that room got ugly the last few days 🙂 ]
This was a FUN day though overall with good news popping every few minutes in multiple sectors. I felt like a kid in a candy store all day.
Overall in the resource sector day there was a flood of new buying, higher than average volumes, and all that money parked on the sidelines starting finding new homes. A stellar start to 2018!

We’re right at the heart of the storm. 3 converging forces are giving us the green light with Kutcho Copper (TSX-V: KC & US: DSRRF), and they’ll dictate terms for the markets in 2018.
Copper Supply and Demand: Prices are absolutely soaring right now. Strong demand by China and supply challenges in the world’s top producer, Chile, are clearing the runway for takeoff.
Copper is a vital ingredient in every modern building. It’s used for wiring and plumbing in housing. Beyond that, copper is essential to infrastructure projects and appliances.
The biggest catalyst, though, is coming from the fastest-growing section in transportation. Manufacturing electric vehicles requires 300% more copper than regular cars. Between 2012 and 2017, EV sales are up 31.9% per annum – that’s a massive growth spurt.
The Chinese government is targeting a 4% EV adoption rate by 2021. Put into numbers, it requires 1,100,000 EVs in under 5 years.
China has claimed that it wants 7 million EVs (or 20% of the 35 million vehicles in their market) by 2025.
Another one of the biggest boosts to the price of copper will be massive infrastructure building in The US for plumbing and electrical. DT
