I am very busy today putting together the weekend show as it will be a full 2 hours of investing and company commentary. On a bearish note, when the 50 WMA crosses below the 100 WMA, invariably that marks a major top.
Once you get the cross, almost 100% of the time, the 50 and 100 WMA will cross back below the 200 WMA.
Looking at GDX weekly chart will tell you all you need know.
When in the very rare instance the 50 is able to cross back above the 100 WMA prior to them both crossing below the 200 WMA, it typically marks a major top.
