Doc shares his thoughts on gold, GDX, and the US markets
Doc is back this week and is sharing his thoughts on the PMs and US markets. It is very interesting to hear Doc’s outlooks and noteworthy that he is not seeing any major breakouts or corrections in the longer term charts.
Doc, I hope you were at the Michigan-Notre Dame game. Maybe Mich. can beat the Buckeyes after all. Go Astros!
bb, Michigan finally looked like a team worthy of adulation but they will not beat the Buckeyes.
Well if Michigan does not beat the Buckeyes then Bama or LSU will.
Doc will gdx test 25/26 and gold test 1450 in order to clense mkt in order to reset for next move higher?
This talk is about the state of the US in 2014:

Nothing like two solutions in one.
If GLD breaks the blue support line on the following chart, the downside move could be 4 or 5 percent (about $75 for gold for a move to around 1415)…

However, the miners are up nicely today while the metals are down and GDX vs GLD has strong support not far below so I’m not too concerned about anything but the short term…
