    Good interview,
Still allow me some remarks – On Iran, Israel, the Mid East et al.
My feeling is that the US foreign policy since WWII and after the real great idea of a Marshall plan the former has detoriated and became distorted totally, and out of bounds across the globe.
Just looking at the ME and Levante, where dictators of the likes of Shah Reza, Mubarak, Saddam Hussein, Sadat and other despots have been installed with the aid of the good ole CIA, while cheap oil exports have been bargained for security; It seems now the rig is up and so called Arab spring is just the opposite the US and the western world have bargained for.
Now it’s the notion vs Iran to stop them from assembling nuclear bombs in order to send israel to anhilation, while the West has nothing better to do than to shoot their other foot for much needed oil to replace Iran, Irak, Libya, Nigeria and other such as Chavez’s Venezuela for their needs.
On top of that – the US Dollar seemingly is becoming ever an outcast in these countries and after a while even the fear of military repercussions will subside as other countries – like Pakistan, just for arguments sake – can retaliate as well.

Meantime, Wall Street and their shenenigans, be it the IMF, WB, FED together with their major bankers – see GS and JPM -, their rating agencies and lastly their regulators as in SEC et al – have proven to be as totally corrupt as the prevailing political system of the US and in part of Europe.

After all the great advances the West has achieved it seems to have become now totally obsolete and more fraudulent in any financial sense; Does it matter who croaks first the €, the $ or any other fiat currency? – Gold will still prevail.

It’s now a matter of who reaches the wall of the dead end street first, though the system has reached it already and won’t accept any more cans littering the space

      frr,
I totally agree with you about the corruptio pervasive throughout the system; the regulators, congress, the financial system, all forgetting about doing what is best for the US and focussing instead on what benefits their own greed. However, don’t forget about the media. Where have all the investigative reporters gone?
How left-wing accepting of pure marxism and how economically moronic has the main media become!

“CNN/ORC International Poll: President Obama’s approval rating is up to 50% for the first time in more than eight months. ”

That’s on CNN’s webpage today…not a headline, but the BREAKING NEWS header. I remember when ‘Breaking News’ was for earthquakes or the beginning of a war. Now it’s for Obama’s approval rating.

          Feb 15, 2012 15:32 PM

I mean, seriously…this is what they do in North Korea or Myanmar or old-time Soviet Russia. A major news organization is stopping the presses because Obama in liked in their-own poll.

Of course, it depends on how the question was asked.
Had it been asked: “How do you feel about the president, now that his policies have added $17,000.00 dollars of increase since he took office in the national debt around the neck of every man, woman, child and baby?” you might get a different pole result.
We would expect a more neutral way of asking the question from the socialist sociopaths who determine the news on CNN.

There`s enough dirt of the internet to bury just about anybody. Just check out: www24hgold.com on the topic `Why Romney Lost South Carolina: His Past At Bain Capital` – if only the media-mainstream(who knows only us gold guys its Big Al and Roger) the tv crowd seems to be a lost cause. And their`s real dirt on Obama check out `The Globe` and Larry Sinclair hopefully mainstream will find it out at election time when our man Ron Paul is out there, and Obama and company are dodging the press at every turn.

        Hi CFS,

Your comments about the media are quite appropriate, in my mind.

How do you feel about the guys and Greta on Fox? The same?

        Big Al

          Feb 15, 2012 15:17 PM

          Hi Al,

Though I havnt watched her recently, I always took Greta as one of the few people on TV who actually asked serious questions and then wasnt afraid to follow up on the initial inquiry.

As for as “the guys” on Fox, I think Cavuto, Stuart Varny and Lou Dobbs are the deal.

      Hi frr,

Haven’t heard from you in awhile. Thanks for this comment.

Very unfortunately, I have to agree with much, if not all, of what you have to say.

It is a sad state of affairs as is , very probably, the upcoming election.

Not sure what else I can say.

Today’s news was the installation of better centrifuging capability in Iran, plus the production of medical isotopes from their smaller reactor.

    Big Al and everybody-
First of all, had a GREAT time at the CA Investment Conference in Palm Springs! I had the pleasure to meet Big Al in person along with his “very delightful” little blond lady and others. Big Al was kind enough to let me participate in a workshop together discussing “how much gold and silver” is enough in your portfolio. I am on record as saying to all of Al’s loyal followers out there is cyberland that – Big Al, is a straight shooting, no BS, extremely transparent guy ( I hate that corporate word!), but assists and informs others of this very profitable, lucrative field of natural resources. I look forward to his friendship and association as we weave and bob through this process together and with all my blogger friends out there. BUT, please do your own DD with all your investment dealings to assure myopic vision DOES NOT dull your senses.
NOW, with all that said. PLEASE cruise over to 321 GOLD when you have a few secs and PLEASE read SCHOON’S article entitled: GOLD FIRE SALE. It is very informative, scholarly written and presented; and please get a looksie at one guy’s “LAUGHTER CHART” he put together concerning the Federal banker number of laughs in each meeting: From 2002 to 2006 – the number of laughs went from 16 a meeting to 43! Why? Because they thought they averted dot.com disaster with their loose money policy philandering and paper games. They arent laughing anymore – as the article states so humorously – Now they surround themselves with “gin, whiskey, anti-depressants and under-arm deodorant! HA! :).
Finally, most of the speakers were excellent – including Catherine Austin Fitts, Greg McCoach, David Morgan, Gregory Weldon, Brent Cook, etc. AND Grant Williams was SUPERB!
    All the best,
    Marc

    Double BTW,
I had a great hour plus session with Greg McCoach of miningspeculator.com. Extremely knowledgeable and one hell of a generous guy ( with his time)! Full disclosure – I opened up a subscription with him yesterday and activated some trades on his info.
    All the best,
    Marc

Goldseek just posted a transcript of a Ron Paul interview.
      http://news.goldseek.com/RonPaul/1329283200.php
talking about an audit of the Fed.

      Feb 15, 2012 15:20 PM

What? No discussions on Rothschild Zionists or the Illuminati?

Seriously, Mr Korelin and Wiegand seem like very decent people.

I have been to many sites but eventually here come the Rothschilds, the families that control the Fed, international bankers,,,, I like facts not myths and discussing things we cant prove. For that stuff, there is youtube.

      Thanks Marc,

Really enjoyed visiting with you and we are looking forward to the upcoming Husky Aztec game. Will be a great day and evening!

      Best,

      Big Al

        Thanks again Big Al –
Additionally, Craig at Otis Gold (great presentation) and Shirley at Tower Hill were extremely interesting and informative – I am looking at both of these opportunities in great detail. My time with Marshall Berol and Vicki was also very pleasant. The best to Kathy and rest of the Korelin family.
        Take care,
        Marc
