    Big Al –

I do like Greg McCoach’s knowledge of the subject matter. I think he is in the upper strata of the guys in his trade.

His information is well researched. He appears to have great business contacts which lead to way above average stock recommendations. . Good interview Big Al!

I actually met him at the CRIC where I also met BIG AL in person. I am tellin ya now, he is a heck of a guy and I COMPLETELY agree with the above comments. Him and I spent about an hour discussing his philosophies, etc. He took the initiative to sit me down and Coach me. Pun intended. I was so impressed I am not only a subscriber, but I also added to my sub through 2015. I did this because not only is he in the know, I had a great feeling about his authenticity and succinct communications skills that are extremely easy to follow. Meeting Big Al and Greg where definitely highlights of the show.
    All the best,
    Marc

You definitely won’t be able to cridet any appreciable chest development to the execution of pullovers. I don’t see them as a builder, but I do think they are effective at stretching out the chest cavity and helping with exaggerating the tie-ins of the back and chest. I believe they have helped tremendously in my quest to widen out my chest and back at the same time. If you are not doing them, throw them back in and give them time to work their magic because in due time, you will see the benefits.

Thanks Big Al for having Greg on your show. I agree with you completely. One of the things that struck me early on as I watched a lot of his youtube interviews was his easy going manner, knowledge, ‘boots on the ground’ approach, and he seemed to me, from watching his body language, facial expressions, eye movement and contact, that he was a trust-worth, (not perfect) kind of guy. I have been a subscriber to his Mining Speculator newsletter for 3 years now and am not disappointed. Thanks much.
