Full First Hour

We are switching up the format of the weekend show for the next couple weeks. The first hour will be focused on broad market moves and big picture ideas when it comes to investing. The second hour will be focused on a select sector and dive more into specific stocks.

I will continue to post a dedicated political page so you can all keep the political discussion going. Please keep all the political comments to that page.

Please let me know what you think of the format of this weekend’s show. I love hearing from all of you. My personal email address is Fleck@kereport.com.

  • Segment 1 and 2 – Jesse Felder, Founder of the Felder Report kicks off the show with analysis on the USD weakness, money flows when it comes to the volatility trade, and the pick up in insider selling of major companies.
  • Segment 3 – Mike Larson, Editor of The Safe Money Report addresses what the major drivers for markets will be. It’s between COVID developments, the current results of the election, and central bank policies. The sectors we focus on are the US markets, gold and Bitcoin, yields, and copper.
  • Segment 4 – Marc Chandler, Managing Partner at Bannockburn Global ForEx wraps up the first hour with a discussion on the currency market moves. A couple central banks raised their QE programs this week and the underlying currencies rose. What’s the deal?

It’s incredibly stupid that so many would choose what the left has in store and even worse for those that did so because they don’t like the personality of one man.

The US Dollar is dropping because polls favored Biden, a senile fool that promises to kill the US economy by killing oil, by raising taxes.

      Nov 07, 2020 07:50 AM

Well I prepared for a Biden win by being in gold and pots…..and it’s looking good

    Cory:
Thanks for a show with 3 quality listens. You can’t do better than the three personalities you featured.
On your request to keep politics/financial comments on their respective pages, it’s obvious that your request will be respected about like the mask requests by many Governors. They don’t work well without penalties! JMO

CORY, I like the division into a separate politics page, without initial commentaries.
And two pages on resources with commentaries.
Mat I humbly suggest hour one be reserved for commentaries roughly on Precious metals and the dollar, the Federal reserve; while hour two be for other metals such as Copper, cobalt, Nickel, Zinc, plus oil and uranium and other soft commodities.
I don’t know where you would fit cryptos, and perhaps the coverage should not be totally rigid.

Hour 2 is the right place for gold/silver comments.

I still believe this economic mess will end in a wicked deflationary spiral, not hyperinflation. Take the opposite side of The Fed and their MMT (modern monetary theory), they have so far gotten as into this mess Ollie, if anything you should be on the other end of the rowboat than where Uncle Sam is sitting. Nov 08, 2020 08:53 AM

Yes. Thank you for refocusing the site on economics. The other rhetoric is not a good look. Very one sided.

    Gold up…….going on War Footing………jmo…….
Biden is bad for the World….and they know it……

      Nov 09, 2020 09:03 AM

      Gold down, bad opinion…. 🙂
