Eskay will probably deliver a weekly MACD buy signal this week and will be on its way to $3.65 or more (a 38% rise from here)…
    (I do not own it.)

This latest news has turned some heads… the size is being demonstrated, according to the ESKAY theory!
Thumbs up to John and QH their hard work, well thought out plan of attack !

The miners generally have “extended” intraday charts buy they are obtaining new daily MACD buys which should override any concerns about them. I’m guessing GDXJ will be at 50 within two weeks…

Agreed aghead. That news from Silver Tiger was epic today, and those are some eye-popping bonanza grades.
I’ve probably said on here about a dozen times that the only 2 companies I personally see becoming “the next Silvercrest” based on repeated high grade drill results have been both Vizsla Silver and Silver Tiger.

Today’s results from SLVR (up 25% on this recent drill news) are very impressive:

Silver Tiger Intersects 82,827 g/t AgEq over 0.5 Meters Within a Broader Interval of 17.5 Meters Grading 2,608.4 g/t AgEq in the Initial Drilling on the Seitz Kelly Vein

Hi Ex, Sprott Capital had a buy rating on Silver Tiger of $1.20 CDN. This was before today’s drill results. I’m sure you were aware of this not much escapes your eyes! I knew you were Gung Hoe on this stock for a long time. I was in it about 8 months ago but I don’t like waiting for the POP, so I sold! When today’s halt was over I got immediately back in and I think the price I paid was pretty close to what I last sold it for. Traders Rule! NNNNNNICE! LOL! DT

          Nov 09, 2021 09:47 PM

+1 DT. I had replied back to your email on Silver Tiger that I was a fan (and have been positioned since 2020 and throughout 2021). I liked where things were headed before today’s bonanza grade drill results, and that these results just confirm they’re onto a district scale silver trend.

We’ve actually invited them on the show here a few times but I never heard anything back from Glenn, but they are likely going to get swarmed by other investors and newsletter writers now wanting to find out what is going on.
As for trading the miners, that can be quite rewarding indeed and it does rule. As ranted about on last weekend’s show, for the last decade, buying and holding as old turkeys in the commodity sector or in mining stocks just turned people into straight-up turkeys. With so much volatility swing-trading over days/weeks or position trading for a few months in good trends has been a far more rewarding and prosperous approach.

With Silver Tiger I’ve added 8 tranches and only sold 3 tranches since the middle of last year, so for me that is pretty quiet action in a stock mostly because I wanted to accumulate it for the larger bull market, and just trade around the positions. I do buy and sell partial positions though, and if it keeps running on this renewed speculation in it, and if it keeps growing to an increasing size and weighting in my portfolio, then I’ll likely take some chips back off the table. Overall SLVR has been one of the standout advanced silver explorers for the last 2 years in my opinion, as has Vizsla Silver, and their drill results have separated them from the rest of their peers in that regard. Summa Silver is starting to hit some good grades as well, but they don’t have as many drill results behind them as the 2 aforementioned explorers. There are plenty of other silver producers and developers doing good exploration work as well, but they are in a different snack bracket. πŸ™‚

    Mini intermission gold update!

Did not have time but good possibility of being capped for today around this region of $1826-$1828 and closing around $1822 but if not today tomorrow we will blast through to $1832-$1838 and really start cementing that idea in the worried investors that the market conditions have changed. I do believe however starting Wednesday possibly till next Tuesday we will have a mini good correction and the later half of next week which I mentioned last week β€œ third week of October will see a blast to the higher highs and really give us good good confirmation about we’re we are headed. Exciting times ahead

      Nov 09, 2021 09:55 PM

I’m betting against that mini correction since we just had one that ended last Wednesday.

        Nov 09, 2021 09:10 PM

With Gold now at $1834, it is at that resistance zone from $1832-$1840 that so many different technicians have pointed out as a key level the yellow metal needs to get through. If we see a hot inflation reading tomorrow from the CPI numbers, then that could be enough to finally vault gold over this resistance level, and would be a confirmed breakout. We’ll see how it goes, but we are right at the line in the sand, and we’ll have to see if resistance swats the pricing back down, or if Gold can break on through to the other side…

          Nov 09, 2021 09:19 PM

My key levels were exceeded with last week’s close. As I said to Glen 2-3 weeks ago, take those back and the rest is in the bag.

            Nov 09, 2021 09:20 PM

In addition to that, that miners have been telegraphing the bullish outcome for gold for weeks (months for IPT).

            Nov 09, 2021 09:12 PM

Agreed. The miners have been leading the charge higher for all of October and so far into November. That’s what we want to see.

It’s nice to see a little life coming back into the PM sector again, especially when we were having so many bears piling up on here the last few months, stating in September things were doomed, and that the rally the first week or two in October was just a pop before the drop lower to test that $1675 support again and break on down to the low $1600s. Then there were other comments from a few people that gold wouldn’t be able to get back over $1800, and that has been decisively put to bed now with Gold at $1834.

The strength in the miners and in Silver over the last 5-6 weeks was the action we’ve been looking to see more of, and hopefully that will continue.

            Nov 09, 2021 09:32 PM

Looks like all the bears…. who were looking at a crash , below $1600…. like someone said expecting $1500…. lol… Not going to happen… this year…. JMO….

            Nov 09, 2021 09:20 PM

Agreed OOTB. People that were just so sure that $1675 was going to get tested again and break to the low $1600s or even the mid $1500s, were wrongo in the congo….
Those bears have gone suddenly (but not surprisingly) silent over the last month or so, as the Gold price, Silver price, and the miners have all run higher. Haha! πŸ˜‰

We see that same pattern every time, of too many bears at the bottoms, and really they are a great contrarian indicator.

            Nov 09, 2021 09:31 PM

Ever since the major bottom in Gold in Dec 2015, the eternally bearish voices have been calling for a “final washout to new lows” that have never come… (obviously because we’ve been in a bull market). Newsflash: The $1045 level in December was the Major Low for this cycle, and Gold has never even come close to breaking down below that level for 5 years now. Some have even claimed we were still in a protracted bear market (which is a real head scratcher because to have stayed in a bear market would have meant putting in new lower lows… and that never came close to happening).

Sure we’ve had pullbacks and corrective moves along the way, but since Dec 2015, Gold has climbed higher while putting in a series of higher lows on the corrective legs, for 5 years now, and that has yet to be violated. Even the pandemic crash low of $1450.90 was a higher low in Gold than the November 2019 low at $1446.20, and the $1673 low from the double-bottom in March of 2021 was a higher low from there, and even that flash crash 3rd retest only got down to $1675.90 (another higher low). The recent low of $1721.10 may be just another in a series of higher lows, but we’ll need more time and trading action to see if Gold can truly break out here, but it’s way the heck closer to doing that at todays levels, than breaking down to new lows. We’ll see how it goes…

They were wrong about gold, and they were wrong on the JAB, and they were wrong on Trumpster…. πŸ™‚

            Nov 10, 2021 10:04 AM

            What a difference a day makes….. Today…. gold seems to be ……. ON THE MOVE…. πŸ™‚

            Nov 10, 2021 10:12 AM

            Absolutely OOTB.

    Nov 09, 2021 09:38 PM

Newcrest buys Pretivm, pretty big deal.

    Nov 09, 2021 09:54 PM

I’m using the 100 week MA as the GDX H&S neckline…

Thanks Cory. How about inviting QH back to discuss NFG?
