CSE-HG HydroGraph Clean Power doesn’t seem to want to roll over, it is a 4 bagger now. It is butting up against one dollar. Maybe it will be a 10 bagger. The volume in the first hour of trading is over 4 million. It certainly has caught a lot of eyes. DT 👀👀👀

and Wolfster, you better hope that Trump’s tariffs of 35% on all CDN goods slated to go into effect on this Friday August 1st 2025, doesn’t hold because that one horse town you live in called Alliston Ontario supported by Honda is going to take a s**t kicking. Property values are going to plummet, and the carpetbaggers will move in. Small towns with one industry are a poor investment. DT

Your ignorance when it comes to real estate is astounding 🤣🤣🤣….. most people who live in Alliston work in Toronto. Barrie Orilla Midland are top 3 for Honda workers. How’s that Great Depression???🤣🤣🤣

            Jul 29, 2025 29:08 PM

Alliston only has a population of twenty-two thousand and 4500 jobs are supplied by Honda, of course not everyone who works at Honda lives in Alliston. But where do you think municipal property taxes that are supported by The Honda plant and by people who work at the plant and live in Alliston will come from. For every job that is lost two other jobs that depend on a high paying car plant are gone. Alliston will be devastated just like Gary, Indiana. You never see life beyond that probiscis that extends beyond your lips in the middle of your face. Your view of the world around you is deduced from you looking out your basement window in Alliston On. DT 🤣🤣🤣

Yes of course you know all Obi-Wan Kenobi…
            Great Depression
            Real estate crash
            Nvidia crash

Just a matter of what yr give or take 20-30 yrs.🤣🤣🤣
Who’s relying on the internet for all their theories and who’s got boots on the ground??? Guess I should add I’m also an installer for automated truss and pick lines now too. Just another industry you’ll somehow claim to be more knowledgeable about. 🤡

            Jul 29, 2025 29:51 PM

You see every time I challenge you Wolfster, you fall back on how wonderful you are according to how your friends are doing and how you are doing. You live in a small world centered around what you do and what your friends do. You will never see beyond yourself. I am tired of stating the obvious that you don’t think beyond yourself, the world is on a collision course because The West refuses to see beyond itself much like the way that you think. An education did little or nothing for you. DT😉

            Jul 29, 2025 29:21 PM

Of course Obi Worldly one….you know all cuz your circle is omnipotent 🤣🤣🤣. Your track record proves it. 👏👏👏. Try just once to not have to get the last word. 😉

            Jul 29, 2025 29:38 PM

If you think I need to get the last word in it is because I will never stop challenging people like you who think their life is what happens to everyone else in the World, or in Canada as far as that matters. We have more than 1400 homeless tent encampments in the Province of Ontario alone. But for you Wolfster that doesn’t matter because you only drive by those people on your way to or from work. Out of sight out of mind. You have little regard for humanity other than yourself. Tell that to the people who are living in Ukraine or The Middle East to name just a few. Nothing could be further from the truth.

But remember this it is them today and you, tomorrow. DT 😉😉😉

I have been adding to Talon no matter what the market has to say waiting for the next drill release. If it is good … may ad more. If mediocre or less than hoped for may just sit on it. The price is still cheap, market cap still low and shares out a bunch. Those things can change.

Yes Lake large float but a $1B market cap still gets me 4x and won’t take too much more to happen other than firming up reserves

Here is Deepseek on Talon Metals. I haven’t read it because have no interest in TLO.
The excitement around **Talon Metals (TSX: TLO, OTC: TLOFF)** primarily stems from its role as a potential future **domestic US supplier of high-grade nickel**, a critical mineral for electric vehicle (EV) batteries and stainless steel, positioned within major US policy initiatives. Here’s a breakdown of the key reasons for the buzz:

      1. **The Tamarack Nickel Project (Minnesota):**
      * **High-Grade Nickel Sulfide:** Talon’s flagship asset is the Tamarack Nickel Project in central Minnesota. It boasts **exceptionally high-grade nickel** (often significantly above global averages) in a **sulfide** deposit. Sulfide deposits are generally cheaper and less energy-intensive to process than laterite deposits (the dominant source today), making them more attractive economically and environmentally.
      * **By-Product Potential:** The deposit also contains meaningful amounts of **copper, cobalt, iron,** and potentially **palladium and platinum group elements (PGEs)**. These could significantly improve project economics.
      * **Location, Location, Location:** Being located in **Minnesota, USA**, is arguably its biggest strategic advantage.

      2. **US Government Policy & Critical Minerals Focus:**
      * **Inflation Reduction Act (IRA):** This landmark legislation provides massive incentives for EVs and battery manufacturing *within North America*. Crucially, it mandates that an increasing percentage of **critical minerals** (like nickel) in EV batteries must be **sourced from the US or Free Trade Agreement partners** to qualify for consumer tax credits. Tamarack is perfectly positioned to supply this domestic nickel.
      * **Defense Production Act (DPA):** The Biden administration has invoked the DPA specifically to **accelerate domestic production of critical minerals** like nickel, lithium, cobalt, and graphite, essential for batteries and national security. This signals strong government support and potential funding avenues.
      * **Reducing Foreign Reliance:** The US currently imports most of its nickel, with a significant portion historically coming from geopolitically sensitive sources like **Russia** (especially high-grade Class 1 nickel). Tamarack offers a secure, friendly-jurisdiction alternative.

      3. **The Tesla Offtake Agreement:**
      * **Major Validation:** In January 2022, Talon signed a **significant off-take agreement with Tesla**. Tesla committed to purchasing **75,000 metric tonnes** of nickel in concentrate from Tamarack over an initial 6-year period once commercial production starts, at prices linked to the LME.
      * **Financial De-risking:** This agreement provides crucial future revenue visibility and de-risks the project commercially, demonstrating Tesla’s confidence in Tamarack’s potential.

      4. **Geopolitical Tensions & Supply Security:**
      * **Russia-Ukraine War:** Sanctions on Russia and supply chain disruptions highlighted the **extreme vulnerability** of global nickel supply chains. Russia is a major producer of high-purity Class 1 nickel. Tamarack offers a non-Russian, North American source.
      * **US-China Competition:** Securing critical mineral supply chains independent of Chinese influence is a top US strategic priority. Tamarack aligns perfectly with this goal.

      5. **Environmental & Social Initiatives (Differentiation):**
      * **Carbon Capture Research:** Talon is exploring innovative projects, like partnering with the US Dept of Energy and Rio Tinto, to study **storing carbon dioxide in mine waste rock** (ultramafic rock at Tamarack is highly reactive with CO2). This positions it as a potential leader in “carbon neutral” or “carbon negative” nickel.
      * **Community Engagement:** The company emphasizes working with local communities, tribes (notably the Ojibwe), and labor unions in Minnesota, aiming for strong social license to operate. They have an agreement with the United Steelworkers union.

      **Why the Excitement Now (Mid-2025)?**

      * **IRA & DPA Momentum:** Implementation of these policies is in full swing, with automakers and battery makers scrambling to secure compliant supply chains. Talon’s domestic nickel is increasingly valuable.
      * **Permitting Progress:** The project is advancing through complex state and federal permitting processes (Environmental Impact Statement – EIS stage). Key milestones are being watched closely.
      * **Financing Discussions:** With permitting advancing and Tesla backing, discussions about project financing (debt, equity, potential government loans/grants) are likely intensifying.
      * **Nickel Market Dynamics:** While prices fluctuate, the **long-term structural deficit** forecast for Class 1 nickel (especially for batteries) keeps attention on potential future suppliers like Talon. Any supply disruptions elsewhere can boost sentiment.
      * **Exploration Upside:** Ongoing drilling continues to find high-grade zones, potentially expanding the resource and mine life.

**Important Risks & Considerations (Tempering the Excitement):**

      * **Early Stage:** Tamarack is **not yet a producing mine**. It’s still in the **permitting and feasibility** stage. Significant capital expenditure ($Billion+) and several years are needed before production.
      * **Permitting Risk:** Mining projects in the US face complex and lengthy permitting processes with inherent risks of delays or objections. Environmental reviews are rigorous.
      * **Financing Risk:** Raising the massive capital required for construction is non-trivial, even with the Tesla agreement. Market conditions and commodity prices will impact this.
      * **Commodity Price Volatility:** Nickel prices are notoriously volatile. A sustained price drop could impact project economics.
      * **Execution Risk:** Building and operating a large, complex mine successfully carries operational risks.
      * **Technological Substitution:** Long-term, battery chemistry could evolve to use less nickel (e.g., LFP batteries gaining share, sodium-ion development), though demand for nickel-rich batteries for longer range is also growing.

      **In Summary:**

People are excited about Talon Metals because it owns a **high-grade US nickel project** that is:

      1. **Strategically vital** for US EV and battery ambitions under the IRA and DPA.
      2. **Commercially validated** by a major off-take deal with Tesla.
      3. **Geopolitically important** as a non-Russian, secure source.
      4. **Potentially innovative** on the environmental front.
      5. **Leveraged to the long-term EV battery growth story.**

The excitement reflects the *potential* for Tamarack to become a cornerstone of the US critical minerals supply chain. However, it’s crucial to remember the project is still in development, and significant hurdles (permitting, financing, construction) remain before that potential is realized. Investors are betting on Talon successfully navigating these challenges to capitalize on the powerful strategic tailwinds.
