A Focus On Copper and Oil

Cory
December 8, 2017

Today in my chat with Chris Temple we look to a couple other commodities outside the precious metals, copper and oil. Both can be used as a barometer for economic growth and tell us a lot about economies around the world. Chris brings up the factors he thinks drove both copper and oil and what will be at play for net year.

Saudi Arabia is always going to be part of the Evil who attacked us on 9/11 period.
Saudi Arabia thinks that marrying 9 year old girls is ok.
Saudi Arabia thinks that little boys are for their pleasure.
Did they happen to mention this? Of course not.

we are more into just killing kids, starvation, napalm etc etc

But, we do get to invest in it.

          Alotta sick in this world.

Not everything is sugar coated candy drops.
It’s time to start calling these people out for what they are. In the end we will have a much better world for our Children and Grandchildren.
Why do you think the price of Gold and Silver are where there at? This attitude that someone else if going to start doing this is ludicris. It all starts with you.
Muslims follow the Quran. The Quran states that it is ok to marry nine year old girls.
You can complain about me all you want, that is your prerogative. There is no such thing as a Moderate Muslim. Just for fun sometime do a little research into Gold derivatives and Saudi Arabia. No everything is not ok.
The families of the victims of 9/11 have a class action suit against the Saudi’s, I’m not letting the Saudi’s off the hook. Nor would I expect the people that the U.S has been relentlessly bombing to forgive the U.S.Until there is a change in the thinking as to what has been transpiring here expect more of the same.
When the Japanese supposedly attacked us ,we nuked them. When the Saudis attack us we give them more weapons. What is wrong with this picture?
You have claimed in the past that you didn’t invest in certain companies because you had issue with them, yet you have no issue closing your eyes to the big picture.

            Dec 08, 2017 08:39 PM

John to call out all Muslims or all Saudis would be like calling out all the British for the horrors of colonialism, or all the Spanish for wiping out Aztecs and Mayans, or all the Christians for the tortures committed during the Spanish Inquisition or the burning and drowning of women as witches in the name of the Christian faith. Did all Christians torture people or burn or drown people. No. Do all Muslims abuse or marry children. No.

Blanket statements like that are ignorant, racist, ethnocentric, and misguided. .

Clearly not all Saudi’s committed 9/11 and not all Saudis hurt little children . For you to harbor such hate for other groups of people that you likely have spent very little time around, only hurts your psyche, and you aren’t changing the world or making it a better place. Your just spreading negativity and filth around.

For example: Do you really think all the people living in North Korea are as evil and insane as their fatboy leader?

It is dangerous to misplace blame and hatred on entire nations because of the actions of the few wack jobs at the head of state. The decisions that powerful leaders make don’t represent the majority of people on the planet, and most have little say in what their governments and military do in their country’s name.

That was the point being made above concerning Mugabe’s actions not representing the people of Zimbabwe. How can that not make sense to you?

To clear up your other statement, that isn’t ignoring the problems in the world or closing one’s eyes to the big picture. Where one puts their focus is everything, and I’d rather put my focus on the good in most people regardless of the extreme actions of the few.

“If you spend too long fighting the dragons, you become the dragon.”

Wherever you put your thoughts and attention – that is what grows. If you place all your focus on war, child abuse, addiction, and the boogeyman, soon that is all your brain will fixate on, and you’ll see more and more of it in the world. It will drive you mad.

Once in a while you need to come up for air, watch a comedy, get laid, do yoga, breathe, relax…. It is a far more constructive exercise to focus on what you want, rather than constantly highlighting every single nasty thing that has happened. We get plenty of negativity from the lame stream media, why dump garbage and problems on here everyday?

Christian Extremism: Witchcraft, Murder and Child Abuse

“Christian religious extremism hits the American psyche when a fundamentalist church— Assemblies of God, which thinks Harry Potter is the gateway to Satanism, while facing charges of child abuse requests a $500,000 earmark from the federal government. Or when Sarah Palin is cleansed of witchcraft by a Kenyan Assemblies of God minister.

This form of religious extremism when exported to Africa kills people and causes rampant child abuse.

For decades, fundamentalist evangelical churches have sprung up throughout Africa. Some are affiliated with American congregations, while others are a bit more free form; all claim belief in Jesus. Many of them of share a common hysterical belief in “witchcraft.”

“Witch” gets misinterpreted as anyone who is different, weaker, who can be scapegoated for one’s troubles. Heck Sarah Palin and her pals “prayed a witch” out of Alaska. And the prayer group gleefully recounted the results.”

“Except for murder, slavery has got to be one of the most immoral things a person can do. Yet slavery is rampant throughout the Bible in both the Old and New Testaments. The Bible clearly approves of slavery in many passages, and it goes so far as to tell how to obtain slaves, how hard you can beat them, and when you can have sex with the female slaves.”

“Many Jews and Christians will try to ignore the moral problems of slavery by saying that these slaves were actually servants or indentured servants. Many translations of the Bible use the word “servant”, “bondservant”, or “manservant” instead of “slave” to make the Bible seem less immoral than it really is. While many slaves may have worked as household servants, that doesn’t mean that they were not slaves who were bought, sold, and treated worse than livestock.”

JohnK – There I “took off my rose-colored glasses” for you.

To use your same logic: “I am calling them all out because you can’t tell who is who here. The bottom line is that they are all Bible followers.”

            * Do you see how asinine comments like that are JohnK?

** Do you really believe all Christians or Muslims or anyone condones hate & evil?

*** Do you really believe that posting negative garbage like that is making a stand?

            Dec 09, 2017 09:28 AM

“Then they reminded Jesus that adultery was punishable by stoning under Mosaic law and challenged him to judge the woman so that they might then accuse him of disobeying the law. Jesus thought for a moment and then replied, “He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone at her.”

          Dec 08, 2017 08:36 PM

JohnK – I agree that the Saudis have done some terrible things including the 9/11 event, but it would be unwise to just ignore their political influence on the global stage or in the Oil markets. The alliances they are making with China and Russia could prove to be more significant than many yet realize.

          > Also, many countries have done terrible things in the past, but one should never assume that all citizens of any country are to blame or evil. Most people around the planet are good people, and unfortunately the world often views people through the lens of their leaders or power brokers (which is unfortunate, because its nothing like the common man).

What if the whole world just judged us based on the Bushes, Clintons, Obama, and Trump or things like “pizza gate” etc… ?

It’s important not to extrapolate extremism out to all the people of any nation.

            Dec 08, 2017 08:39 PM

Should we view all people from Zimbabwe as clones of Mugabe?

No. That would be quite misguided. Blanket statements about a whole group of people are just as misguided.

            Dec 08, 2017 08:16 PM

Were talking about 9 year old girls and little boys here Shad.
How come you didn’t address that?

            Dec 08, 2017 08:49 PM

JohnK – what is you deal anyway?? When did anyone say it was ever ok to hurt kids?

How is it possible to miss the entire point of 2 fairly clear posts? More importantly, what the hell does any of this negativity have to do with Oil & Uranium Energy investing?

JohnK – You have this amazing ability to dodge 100% of what someone writess, and then miss the entire point completely. You choose todeflect things in a completely different direction and never respond to any of the questions I ask you or comments that were made. You did this with that nutcase flat earther, you do this with the moon, with 9/11, and I have no idea what you hope to gain from all of it.

I really don’t know what I even tried to respond to you, but I tried to post a clear response and asked you a few questions that you completely dodged about not judging a whole group of people by the actions of a few.

Every time with you, your reply is some outlandish thing like did anyone in my family die in 9/11, or did Nasa land on the moon, or what about the heroin issue, or abusing kids…. blah blah blah.

If you can’t read my 2 posts up above about not making a blanket statement about an entire country full of people, and not judging a whole nation based on a few extreme people then you’ve completely missed the point.

There was a time where you discussed investing and commodities and now all you do is troll and post negative fringe comments and repeat them over and over again.

What happened to you when you became a “Full time trader?” I used to enjoy your comments and response, but that was before all the finger pointing and repetitive irrelevant questions every day. Good grief!!

JohnK – You are really twisting things around in a messed up way, and for such a “standup guy” to try to make this a personal attack against me, and the insane allegation that I would condone marrying children, makes you the least go to person on living like a Christian.

Show me once where I denied violence or nasty things exist. Show me any post where I condoned such action. If you can’t produce anything (which you can’t) then you are just outright lying and bearing false witness against a fellow person.

If you are such a Christian guy, then please let me know how lying and bearing false witness stacks up in your religious belief system?

Very creepy and disappointing. All personal attacks like this will be ignored moving forward, and honestly shouldn’t be tolerated on here in the first place as it is totally against the KER terms of use. You know that, so knock it off already.
