Colibri Resources – Exploration Update At The Pilar, Diamante, and Evelyn Projects

Ian McGavney, COO of Colibri Resources (TSX.V:CBI – OTC:CRUCF), joins us to provide a comprehensive exploration update on the Pilar, Diamante, and Evelyn projects in Sonora Mexico.  We start off with the Pilar Gold-Silver Property joint-ventured with Tocvan Ventures,  as they are still drilling their Phases 3 program out of 5 Phases, and have been putting out some promising wide drill intercepts that also include high grade sections. Drill hole JES-22-62 returned 108.6-meters at 0.8 g/t Au and 3 g/t Ag, including 31.9-meters at 2.4 g/t Au and 2 g/t Ag. Within this broader mineralized interval, consistent high-grade gold mineralization was recorded within a silicified sulphide-bearing breccia which returned 9.4-meters at 7.6 g/t Au and 5 g/t Ag .

Next we moved over to the joint-venture optioned Diamante property being worked on by Silver Spruce with some high grade channel sample results, including 51.5 g/t from silicified breccias in the Calton target, which was the highest Au grade yet reported from Diamante.  In addition there were silver values >1,000 g/t were recorded from base metal sulphide-bearing veins at Pillado, El Chon and El Cumbro, the latter returning 2,270 g/t Ag, accompanied in several target areas by high-grade primary and supergene Lead + Zinc + Copper up to a combined grade of 50.9 wt.%.

There are a number of upcoming drill programs, trenching programs, and groundwork mapping programs at all 5 Company projects and a great deal of newsflow on tap for the balance of 2022 for investors to keep tabs on.

Thanks for asking/answering a lot of questions. I have a starter position as a lot of projects with a lot of options. Looks like they aren’t going to watch the grass grow and if miners are discovered as a valid enterprise, this company may catch on. In the meantime, we can wait and see if the general public figures out that windmills are made of metals.

Yeah, by the sound of it, Colibri is going to be having a lot of exploration news on tap all year long at multiple projects.
