Matti Talikka, CEO of Aurion Resources (TSX.V:AU – OTCQX:AIRRF), joins us to for an exploration update at the 100% owned Risti Property at the Kaaresselkä and Vanha targets, as well as a new gold discovery made stepping out from the Helmi Project on the Aurion-B2Gold Joint-Venture, along the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt in northern Finland. 

We have Matti break down the ongoing scout and step-out drilling at multiple targets across the 100% owned Risiti property, testing for extensions of gold mineralization at the Kaares Area, and new zone of gold mineralization at the Kaaresselkä Prospect, with the full drill hole # KS22027, extending previously announced partial results to 2.41 g/t Au over 56.55 meters.  We also discussed the critical minerals like copper, cobalt, platinum, and palladium reported from other scout drill holes near the Vanha area that have been testing regional targets such as base of till anomalies and geophysical features. 

The Aurion-B2Gold Joint-Venture exploration team continues to have a very high success rate with drill hits at Helmi Discovery, expanding mineralization to the western part of the Helmi Discovery with an intercept of 1.56 g/t Au over 24.80 m, and also a new discovery zone  of mineralization 2 km west from the Helmi Discovery returning 6.25 g/t Au over 6.00 m, and 1.02 g/t Au, 1.84% Cu over 5.60 m.   There will be a lot more drilling on and around the Helmi Project expanding the known mineralization and testing other regional targets with a CAN$10.4 million JV budget for 2023.
