Brian Leni & Dana Lyons – Silver Euphoria, Copper’s Next Leg & Market Risk Signals

Cory
December 6, 2025

This KE Report Weekend Show kicks off with Brian Leni laying out a contrarian roadmap for investors caught up in silver’s explosive move above $50, then shifts to fund manager and technician Dana Lyons for a data-driven tour through silver, copper, crypto, and the major equity indices. Together, they map out how to avoid chasing hype, position in quality juniors, and respect what the charts are actually saying into year-end and 2026.

  • Segment 1 & 2 – Brian Leni, founder and editor of the Junior Stock Review, joins us to break down the surging silver market – urging selectivity despite the bullish sentiment – and to highlight undervalued opportunities in quality projects, including polymetallic stories like Group 11. He also outlines why he remains strongly bullish on copper, emphasizing simple, well-located, near-development deposits and strong management as the metal holds above $5 and sets up for a potentially standout 2026.
  • Click here to visit the Junior Stock Review website to keep up to date on what Brian is investing in.

  • Segment 3 & 4 – Dana Lyons, fund manager and editor of the Lyons’ Share Pro website, joins the show to deliver a technical read on the markets, highlighting silver’s breakout and likely consolidation, bullish long-term setups in precious metals, copper’s strength near all-time highs, crypto’s fragile footing, and improving – but not yet bullish – signals in his market risk models.

Hunch is telling me silver/gold miners topped on December 3rd.
$COPPER:$GOLD ratio bottomed on October 16th and time is now to buy copper producers.

    Dec 06, 2025 06:23 AM

I am not interested in holding Emerita Resources, but all commodity miners should do well if not very well in this coming market. What tweaks my imagination is a very short term trade in EMO. When trading resumes on Monday or whenever I am going to put in a stink bid if I get a fill fine if not that is also fine. Humans are like a school of fish they all turn on something at the same time.

At the beginning of trading the price will take a hit how much depends on the fish but usually it drops significantly and then the buyers come back in and then “BANG” it gets hit again and this can be repeated. In the afternoon it will settle down to a new trading range and slowly resume finding a trading pattern in the weeks ahead but in the short term this stock could be a nice quick profitable trade. It will be interesting to watch and hopefully get a fill at a significant drop. DT 🤣😊😍

This could also be a good time for a quick trade because we are in tax loss silly selling season. DT 🦹‍♀️🧛🧨

        Dec 06, 2025 06:40 PM

I will be watching Emo also but it’s got to fall pretty far for a loss. But … in expectation of better use in the short term due to AI programs, I may roll to something that has less chance of intervention. There is still the possibility of a General Markets hit but maybe they are saving that for the New Yesr.

        Dec 06, 2025 06:43 PM

Would IPT also be a good candidate for tax loss silly season?

          Dec 07, 2025 07:17 AM

I guess it would depend if there is enough loss to put it out of the game for 31 days. IPT hadn’t moved as much as some silver miners but that could mean it may be the next to move. Then you have the never ending threat of the general markets crashing … but they seem to never fall very far. But if they do you may have all the miners fall. I guess there are more opportunities to the end of the year , so I would wait until the last minute to decide. You could roll it into a silver royalty company and wait to see what happens and have a little less risk either up or down. It is more than obvious that the metals paper markets are than in trouble, but that doesn’t mean managed money will do fundamental interventions. Just some thoughts. Excelsior and I think Matthew follow IPT fairly close and maybe have better thoughts. IPT just hasn’t moved like some other options but not sure if that means much in a bull market. There are many options so it may just be as simple as rolling it into another choice and take the loss.

This should make investors sit up and take notice, but most of them do little reading and no due Diligence.

        The Property
The West Cache Gold Project is located in Bristol, Price and Ogden Townships in the Porcupine Mining Division, District of Cochrane, Province of Ontario. The land package totals 10,370 hectares and is comprised of a mining lease, mining licences of occupation (MLO), patent claims and mining claims. The mining lease hosts the current mineral resource estimate near the center. The Project is 100% owned by Galleon Gold subject to Net Smelter Royalties up to 2% or 3% to previous owners. The property is bisected by highway 101 and can be accessed from the city of Timmins located 13 km to the east. The property is approximately 7 km northeast of Pan American Silver’s Timmins West Mine and 14 km southwest of Newmont’s Hollinger Mine.

Eric Sprott has a big holding in Galleon Gold but that doesn’t interest me because Eric has holdings in more mining stocks than you can shake a stick at. But Pan American Silver has just taken out a huge position (last Friday, Dec.5th, 2025) of 18,750,000 shares plus warrants in a small gold junior that should scream red light, WHOAA! Pan American is the largest Silver Producer on the planet. Pan American is a serious, serious, serious company. Like The Lundin’s you want to sit up and take notice. Pan American has two operating mills next to Galleon Gold’s West Cache Gold Property. Galleon Gold has about 77 million shares outstanding priced at 75 cents CDN, with a $50 million CDN market cap. GGO recently completed a PFS on this property. You realize what is happening here now, Pan American will acquire Galleon Gold’s West Cache Property. This is my opinion not yours. Remember I own shares, you need to do your own Due Diligence. DT 🤣🤣🤣

      EMO: Catch a falling knife?

        Dec 07, 2025 07:08 PM

If things get oversold to the point of ridiculous in EMO (after unhalting and sentiment wash out) then I may start to nibble on shares strictly for the value in IBW with the Neuvo Tintillo project as a sweetener.

          Dec 08, 2025 08:07 AM

Good plan Ex…..canacord gave update on EMO after verdict with a 12 month target of $2.50…..and the gentlemen Argentocap on ceo who personally was in attendance every day at trial and has read the entire verdict has pointed out that numerous times the judge referenced things that needed to be reviewed by admins but that the discrepancies didn’t meet the requirements of criminal fraud so the same scenario still exists…… undervalued existing assets with huge potential for an additional asset being added

          Dec 08, 2025 08:47 AM

Gower gave an interview and expressed his surprise but felt the trial uncovered sufficient irregularities to remain positive about the Admin Court. However, he emphasized that they have other excellent projects that should be not ignored in evaluating the company. (all that my words). One of the posters on ceo.ca highlighted an historic post of wineaux that pointed out in the previous Admin Court ratings, EMO was the clear winner over the only other bidder. Whether they change their mind is an issue. It must be remembered going forward that the Court in the criminal matter indicated that the evidence “fell short” for criminal convictions which is a possible red flag to the Admin Court that the evidence did not fall short in the Admin proceeding. Gower felt that the Admin issue (which is the primary issue) should be resolved fairly quickly. In the meantime, his lawyers will look into the appeal options. So…there are many reasons why picking up some cheap shares may not be as risky as it currently feels.

            Dec 08, 2025 08:35 PM

I’ve got an interview set up for tomorrow afternoon with David Gower, so we’ll get into those topics again for folks and unpack the value proposition in mainly IBW and then Nuevo Tintillo.

There’s plenty of meat on the bone still for the polymetallic assets they have in place, even if AZN is excluded.

            Dec 08, 2025 08:09 PM

Great on the Gower interview. Doc put out some info on EMO today which indicated that the pricing was oversold excluding AZN so we may see a turn around or not. Doc added today as well as many long term holders. I bought in before AZN was a serious thought. I was only holding about 20% of my original holding but almost doubled it today. All risky these days of no regulation.

Citrini Research hired a drone company to fly over Elon Musk’s Starbase AI datacenter under construction in Texas. You can watch the video https://www.citriniresearch.com/p/stargate-a-citrini-field-trip The scale of these construction projects has to be seen to be believed. Real steel, real concrete, real natural gas, real nuclear power.

Hey Terry I trust you are just being snide otherwise all I can think of is the German word Fremdschamen for your post and questions

    Dec 08, 2025 08:06 AM

Nvidia’s CEO Jensen has asked Trump if they can sell their chips to China, he is waiting for an answer but I don’t think the Chinese will need or want their chips. Americans underestimate Chinese industry. DT 😊

      Dec 08, 2025 08:28 AM

Hwawei apparently has comparable products, which are a little slower but alot less expensive.

    Dec 08, 2025 08:53 AM

EMO is getting WHACKED!!!!!! I got one fill but I have another that hasn’t been hit yet! LOL! DT

      Dec 08, 2025 08:01 AM

The “whack” made me add twice so far.

      Dec 08, 2025 08:37 AM

My one fill of EMO was at .40 CDN not US the other one is waiting at .32! LOL! DT

        Dec 08, 2025 08:46 AM

I added a starter position tranche of EMOTF at $0.34 just to get into the mix and follow the action over the next week or two. If it keeps tumbling on a sentiment wash out, then I’ll add more tranches.

          Dec 08, 2025 08:38 AM

I have EMOTF in two accounts and use FIFO for taxes. One account has initial buys at a positive and the other has it at a loss. I will wait until the end of tax sales and see which way EMOTF goes and then have a buy/sell/hold option moving into 2026. Hold is what I hope happens.

    Dec 08, 2025 08:12 AM

Just imagine the legal costs Emerita Resources will face, it has touched 40 cents CDN again. BANG! This should settle down this afternoon! That is quite the drop I thought it would be deep because of tax loss season! I wouldn’t mind getting a fill again at 32 cents CDN. DT 🤣🤣🤣
