Ethanol from grass company
I told you years ago , that they could make ethanol out of grass……
since, I know, because I was a developer of ethanol projects…in the 70s
Only problem they will have, is ,if the oil companies go along with it,,,,,,,
this is not NEW,,,,,,the technology has been around for years,,,,,
Henry Ford,,,,,,saw the problem,,,,, ,,,,,OIL Companies…
Ford created an engine to run on ethanol,,,in 1900s…..big oil smashed it, same as in
if, they can pay off some , new green deal, green horn, and pad some pockets, they might/ could get a bump…..
This company finally got it cheaper per acre than from corn.
(which is not easy because corn has higher sugar content)
You realize , corn was just a token feedstock, to get the ethanol movement started quickly. From the very beginning, anything that contained sugar or starch, was considered.
example potatoes in Idaho,,
Oil being pounded today, and below $40,,,,,still a problem to overcome BIG OIL
